Studies, sketches and early versions of fully realized work. I post here mostly for prosperity; to have [a somewhat] sequential archive of where I came from and how it continues to define my voice as an artist.

Waking is an experimental short that explores the boundaries of sanity and the perceived reality of the moments prior to waking. During the table section into the first part of the couch scene, a live performance component is missing. The live portion isn’t necessary for viewing, but it would consist of acting that deals with the questioning of ones’ reality or a luma key mix in of film samples taken from a Hitchcock film—the decision between the two depends on the venue and access to workable equipment and helping hands.
The music is composed of samples taken from In the beginning by Lonnie Linston Smith Prepare Yourself by George Duke—the remaining work is original content.
